US Boutique Fitness Buyer Approves Custom Fleck Blend On-Site

A boutique fitness studio owner from California visited the plant in March to lock down the floor for a three-location rollout. The requirement: a custom EPDM fleck blend matching the studio's brand colors on a grey base.

Our compounding workshop prepared three blend ratios in the morning; the buyer watched granules being weighed, mixed and pressed into full-size sample tiles after lunch. Blend ratio "B" — 15% white-blue fleck — was approved on the spot, and physical sample tiles were couriered to the contractor the same week.

It was a textbook example of why we keep sample pressing in-house: custom color decisions that take weeks by mail take hours at the factory.
