New Granule Refining Line Raises Recycled Rubber Capacity by 40%

Our second granule refining line passed its 30-day commissioning period in May and is now in full operation. Combined with the original line, in-house refining capacity has risen by approximately 40%, shortening lead times on large mixed-SKU orders.

Just as important, the new line adds a second deodorization stage to the refining process. Early sealed-chamber odor tests show measurable improvement over the previous process — good news for indoor projects like kindergartens and schools.

The investment is part of our long-term plan to keep every critical step — refining, compounding, molding and testing — under one roof in Hebei.
