Annual Skills Competition and Team Day at the Handan Plant

Our annual factory team day returned in June. The morning was all about skills: molding operators raced through mold changes, lab technicians competed on density-test accuracy, and the warehouse team showed off forklift precision around a cone course.

The quality-control team took the team trophy this year — fitting, given that batch testing is where our flooring reputation is earned. Afternoon saw the traditional tug-of-war between the refining and molding shifts, refereed (loudly) by the export office.

The day closed with the summer dinner on the factory grounds. Events like this are part of why our core production team has stayed together for over a decade — experience you can feel in every batch.
